Postage and Returns
Postage for UK and International
UK POSTAGE - All items will have a fixed rate postage cost of £2.95 which is Tracked 48 by Royal Mail.
Should you need your item to arrive the following day then you have the option of choosing for a fixed rate of £8.95 "Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm the following day" (excluding weekends) by Royal Mail. You will be able to choose this option at checkout.
All Earrings will be wrapped and sent in blue velvet gift bags.
All Sets, Necklaces and Bracelets will be posted to you in gift boxes.
INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE - all items will have a fixed rate postage costs of £9.95 which is International Tracked by Royal Mail and your local postal service.
ALL items bought will be wrapped securely and sent in blue velvet gift bags, apart from the "Rivière Collection " which will be sent in a gift box.
This is to keep the costs down for you.
For all items posted we do obtain a proof of postage receipt which also shows the tracking number for you. We will send you the tracking number so you can track your item on the Royal Mail website.
E.U customers - we are sorry to say but due to new E.U laws we are unable to sell anything to you. However, it doesn't stop your friends or family outside of the E.U purchasing something for you and sending it to you themselves.
Returns
Buyer pays return postage.
You can return an item up to 30 days after delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received and in its original packaging.
Due to Health and Hygiene regulations, Earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
We will be posting your items to you either 24 hour tracked or International Tracked so please return your item the same way and keep hold of the receipt which will show the tracking number.
Any returns must be returned to us in the same way it was posted out to you before refunds or exchanges can be given.
